Generate, review and verify client performance statements.
Responsible for the quarterly/monthly client statement production process.
Set up new accounts, converted accounts and products changes into appropriate composite.
Establish new composites as necessary.
Generate, review and verify composite returns.
Update and validate composite returns to website.
Oversee process to ensure that benchmark returns, market values and cash flows are properly loaded into the portfolio accounting system.
Responsible for all items relating to composite construction, maintenance, audits and documentation.
Verify accuracy of accounts listed within each composite.
Develop acceptable composite inclusion/exclusion criteria which is aligned to GIPS Standards where possible.
Generate and validate monthly AUM reporting.
Responsible for quarter-end disclosure information as it relates to all investment strategies.
Responsible for updating current documentation regarding Firm's GIPS policies and procedures.
Manages annual GIPS Firm verification and examination by external auditors.
Participate in the monthly GIPS Working Group meetings by writing and presenting materials for discussion, asking thoughtful questions, delivering recommendations and implementing decisions.
Ability to interpret the GIPS standards by drawing on practical experience and provide guidance for composite construction, investment discretion, risk disclosures and benchmark appropriateness; demonstrated knowledge of GIPS-compliant presentations and industry practice.
Create and maintain the GIPS-compliant presentations, including side-by-side composite reviews with Product Management and Sponsored Products, and updates required based on GIPS Working Group decisions.
Develop and maintain expertise around the GIPS standards including guidance statements and Q&A put forth by the CFA Institute as well as industry knowledge from verifiers; evaluate, interpret and implement changes to the standards and make the appropriate recommendations for the Firm’s GIPS policies Develop robust knowledge of products in order to work with Product Management on composite performance, construction, and disclosures and provide guidance on possible solutions within the framework of GIPS.
Analyze and interpret data, i.e. perform “what if” analysis and proof of concept for proposed criteria and new methodologies.
Develop and maintain consistent reporting showing the value of investment product offerings, including performance, risk measures and attribution.
Develop customized ad hoc reports to evaluate performance and risk as requested by senior management and Senior Investment Officers; present and interpret results to senior management as requested.
Develop customized performance and risk measurement reporting based on asset class or investment strategies.
Develop and produce customized analyses and required information to fulfill public records requests.
Conduct research on new investment vehicles or other investment risk related topics as required.
Work closely with key business stakeholders including Managed Solutions and Strategies, Business Management, Investment Risk, Technology, Legal and Compliance.
As a Performance Analyst the incumbent will work closely with Product Management, Marketing and Compliance to oversee all composites in support of the Firm’s marketing efforts.
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tactical and strategic goals in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with changing priorities based on business demand.
Work on short-term, medium-term and longer-term strategic initiatives that are focused on improving the Firm's processes and controls.
Complete special projects and research on performance and risk measurement topics.
Develop and automate processes to ensure data integrity and synchronization between the PAC performance and risk model and the Inhouse data warehouse.
Evaluate new initiatives and/or investment products to determine impact on performance and risk system data input and reporting.
Coordinate data collection efforts for report development to include internal and external sources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.

A Bachelor’s Degree is required. Strong academic credentials; CFA, CIPM and/or MBA preferred.
